Looking for some motivating friends

Hi everyone,
I'm not new to this site but I really need some encouragement. I've been having a really hard time getting back on track! Last year I lost 80 pounds in about 8 months. I tore something in my shoulder and was down for about 4 months, some other really stressful things were going on in my life also. I gained 35 pounds back :( I love exercising and feeling fit but I battle with binge eating. I would love some new friends that will help me stay on track!

    Hi Audge Paudge- I also need to lose some weight. I will do my best to encourage you. I am a 27 year old female looking to lose around 10-15 lbs. I love exercising also, but like you I have trouble with binge eating. I can go all week eating great, and then blow it in one night. So we can definitely help each other out!

    I totally understand where you are coming from! It seems like every time I get serious about working out and getting healthy I get sick and it knocks me out for way longer then it should. It sounds like you have come a long way though! Be proud of yourself and always look forward.
