    I really like the Rodney Yee yoga DVD's. They have a beginners yoga, and a Total Body yoga for a good workout and alot more,,

    If you have a computer, which you obviously do, you can go to itunes and download the 20 min yoga videos podcasts for free.

    I second Rodney Yee. He's my favorite. I noticed last week that some are available to rent through NetFlix.

    Rodney Yee is good, so are the yogaworks ones thru fitness tv.

    Jillian Michael's yoga meltdown is good, but also challenging.

    Wii Fit has very basic yoga poses.

    you can also probably find any yoga work-out you could ever want on the internet. just google it! sites for women's magazines are definately reliable.
