This is so true. And...you need to consider their diet, culture and ethnicity. For example....the difference between corn-fed beef and grass-fed beef. There is a subtle flavor difference. So you need to prepare and season a person raised on Mediterranean cuisine completely different than you would someone raised on traditional English fare. It's all very important and much harder than preparing chicken.0 -

Problem with this is that then you become the person everyone wants to tell their whole life story to....I know from experience ;_;. And then you learn things no other human should ever have to know. It's a vicious cycle...0
