I just started today too! I've tried before but never been able to stick with it. I'm determined to actually do it this time. Are you guys doing it every day or..? And are you doing any other workouts in addition?0

i plan on doing it 6 days a week. I also walk run 6 to 10 miles per day M-F and I just started ChaLean Extream I am also 3 weeks into the 6 week challenge on Wii EA Active. so Sunday is my rest day for everything.0

I am starting today. I prefer P90X but its too time consuming! I'll start it up again after the shred.0

I started that as well as the 30 day challenge on Wii EA Sports Active. I'm also going to keep doing my cardio 5-6 days per week.0

I just started yesterday, plan on doing it first thing in the morning!! It's crazy! I haven't done any exercise in about 6 weeks as I've been sick, but I thought I'd be able to handle 20 mins on level one,, yesterday I only made it through 2 circuits! I had just come home from a walk and had no dinner,, so that probably didn't help! But got up early this morning and did it first thing,, it's tough, I did have to take a few "5 second" breaks,,
I have a couple of questions:
push-ups: I just can't seem to do them!! well,, I think I have the form right, but my arms just don't bend very much! Is this something that will come with time as I do them,, or might I just be doing it totally wrong !?! I just worry that the tiny bit of motion I get, although I can feel it,, that maybe it's not enough!
Levels: When do you progress? At the minute I'm doing Level 1 and do some of the modifications to make it easier,, I was thinking that I should continue on Level 1 until I can do the full motion (eg that girl who kicks herself in the *kitten* doing the kick ups).. Is this the best way to go? I realise that might take me some time!!
I plan on doing this every morning as soon as I get up,, maybe one rest day if I feel I need it, but that's it,, I really want to get fit, so am doing this plus couch to 5 K,... C25K was easier damnit!0 -
I did it for the first time this morning.. and I finished it on level one but man was I cursing jillian by the end of it .. haha! I would like to join with you guys also and I plan on doing it everyday!0

my 3 year old has taken it hostage and hidden it. If I can find it I will shred tonight. It has been a week and half and I actually miss it!0

I seriously have no motivation...I can't get off my butt and do this. I'm hoping it's just because I've running like crazy. I have a grad. party and 2 bday parties this weekend as well as a Passion Party. UGH...

I have been so sick for the past week and my asthma has gone hay wire. I'm hoping to start AGAIN in the morning. I wish I had the motivation to just do it,,,ugh0
