I usually replace any sort of meat, say for spaghetti, tacos, lasagna, enchiladas, etc. If you season it the same as if you were using beef it comes out being identical and delicious
It's so much leaner and healthier than ground beef, too!0 -

I use a lot of ground turkey and ground chicken. I almost never look for recipes that call for that specifically. I look for ground beef recipes and sub turkey or chicken. Lasagna, tacos, etc.0

Any recipe that calls for ground beef can be substituted with ground turkey0

Very simple, very delicious!
1lb ground turkey, browned. After browning, add 1tbsp water and a package of taco seasoning. Mix well.
Serve over salad greens.
Top with salsa, lite sour cream, and whatever favorite taco salad toppings you prefer.0 -

I replace ground beef for turkey in anything that calls for it.0

2oz of multigrain pasta, 4oz of lean ground turkey, seasalt, 1/2 cup of tomato sauce. Great for a quick lunch. You can throw in a little avocado or almonds for some healthy fat if you'd like.0

turkey escarole soup is awesome. 1 lb of of ground turkey (your supposed to make meatballs but thats too much work for me). Brown it. 2 heads of escarole chopped up. 1/2 cup uncooked white rice. Chicken broth (reduced sodium if your worried about salt). Simmer for 35 minutes. Easy and fantastic!0

I make my own turkey burgers with:
One package lean ground turkey
One package of mushrooms (minced)
Two green onions (minced)
1 garlic clove (minced)
dash of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
The mushroom stretches the turkey further and it's just a delicious as the full-meat version.0 -

I make a really good turkey meatloaf. I use organic ground turkey as low fat as I can find, 1/2 cup of Quaker Oat Squares cereal, ground really fine, 1 egg, 1/2 pkg of dried onion soup mix, 1 T of worchester sauce, 1/4 cup catsup, 1/2 cup of carrots finely ground. Mix, bake and really good stuff!0
