While I have lost a significant amount of weight (52 lbs.), I'm nowhere near finished sculpting my body. I've been on the StrongLifts 5x5 program for almost 4 weeks and I'm hoping to see a nice difference in my body composition by the 10th week. Here's a little bit of my work in progress.

Very little weight training -- mostly cardio - Nov 16, 2012
Soft and weak -Circa 2007 or 2008

My chubby arms weren't necessarily weak, but they're lots stronger now.
(I had to put bag clips on the dress in the back to make it fight right in the more recent shot.)

Never posted photos in a forum before so bear with me. Wanted to do side-by-side but haven't figured that out yet.
First photo was taken probably 3-4 years ago while I was working out 2-3 times a week but very little weights (mainly Les Mills BodyCombat classes). Second photo was taken within the last month. I currently workout at least 6 days a week with some bootcamp, circuit training, yoga and tabata classes and then Les Mills BodyPump (once a week) and BodyCombat (twice a week).0 -
