I am not sure if this belongs here, since I'm not done, so not really a success. But I was a little down last night about not losing so fast, so I looked back to 10lbs ago & found that I have had results, so I wanted to shared.
Here are my measurements for the befores
July 30, 2012
Bust: 35
Chest: 31
Waist: 28
Belly 36
Hips: 36.5
Mid thigh: 17 3/8
Upper thigh: 21
Upper arm: 11.5
Weight 129
Body fat%: 29.6

So far Measurements
Feb 11, 2013
Bust: 33.5
Chest: 29.5
Waist: 26 1/8
Belly: 34 1/8
Hips:35 1/2
mid thigh:17 3/8
Upper thigh: 20 1/4
Upper Arm: 11 3/4
Weight: 119lbs
Body fat %: 25%

    I can see the diff! U are trimmer. Theres More definitions in abs, arms etc! U r doing great.Hop e my abs or more like muffins will trim down!

    I forgot to say tht the first pic was taken during Chalean Extreme, 30 days in. It was a 90 day program & then I started with barbell stuff

    You can totally tell a difference. Your back is leaner and you butt higher for a start! Plus your belly is noticeably smaller.

    I definetly notice change around your hips & thighs! Also a difference in your butt. Looking great, keep up the good work.
