    You look fantastic, great accomplishment to lose that in ONLY 7 months....I'd like to drop my 100 by the year mark but doesn't appear I'll make that goal. Thanks for posting to show what can be done once you set your mind to it.

    That is terrific!! That was some serious weight loss in a relatively short amount of time. Isn't' crazy how sometimes we have struggled with our weight for years....tried diets with no success and then something happens or changes with our thought process and for once we know failure is not going to be an option! I am sure you will continue to lose and reach your goal weight, but you look great even now!

    Wow, you and I have almost the same starting weight, same height, and clothe sizes when we started. The difference is I just started last month and have lost just about 25 lbs so far. My attitude has been the same as yours too. I just reached the point where I had had enough and decided I didn't want to be the fat guy anymore. I refuse to give up until it is all off. I'm so looking forward to being able to post my own 100 pounds down post. Keep up the good work.

    WoW! Good job! I hope 2013 is my year to do the same. I miss the cute skinny clothes. But love food! I enjoy my life and have a wonderful husband. But he always has something to say about how much or how often I eat. Wish stress caused me to loose like my mom's motabolizism, instead I eat. Hope somehow I find the strength like you did to keep at it.
