Hey everyone, I am a newbie as well, joined about a week & a half ago, took a few days to get my head in the game, get use to the site/app then officially started trying to do this last Monday. Yesterday was my first weigh in, I lost 7lbs! My husband & I are doing this together although I have a bit more to lose then him. I have over 130lbs to lose but am determined to do so before my health becomes a big issue & before I am no longer around to raise my kids :-)

I am in Nova Scotia, Canada, feel free to add me :-) I am really enjoying the site, love the forums & am blogging my way through this entire process so feel free to read when you want!

    Hi Garlanda,

    I am in Nova Scotia too (Middle Sackville) I just started last Saturday and feeling great with healthy eating and exercise. Hope I see some results on the scale at the end of the week :))
