3 Month Spring Slimdown Challenge

Anyone up for a 3 month long challenge? Challenges give me the opportunity to be held accountable to others, which is why I want to get one going beginning in March.

The idea is pretty simple - we'll weigh in each week and see how we compared to our fellow participants.

We can even have the winner for each week chose a "mini-challenge" for the week where they ask everyone to add in certain exercises, drink a certain amount of water, or do something healthy. As a group we can decide whether to make the mini-challenges cumulative. We can have different categories based on how much people want to lose (0-10 pounds, 10-15 pounds, 15-20 pounds, etc.), so that we don't have the same winner every week.

Depending on the number of people who are interested in doing this with me, we can form an MFP group, track this on a Google doc, or if there aren't many people, I can put the info together and post the winners each week.

I'm hoping to have this challenge start March 1 and end on May 31.

    I think it would be fun. I just have to think about how much weight I still have to lose because I think I might reach my goal before the end of May (yeah!).
