Les Mills Classes; Anyone?

I've been taking the Les Mills classes that my gym offers and am addicted to them! They are awesome. Anyone else here? If so, what's your favorite?

Have not done Body Flow or Combat! I do Body Step, Body Pump, Body Attack and Body Jam. Wonder what the 2 you listed are all about?
  • I LOVE RPM, and Body Pump.... I like body step too, but not as much as RPM and Pump!!

I definitely want to try out Combat!!

Combat is my favorite class EVER. Also love Body Step and Body Pump. I really enjoy Attack but our gym doens't offer it anymore or at least very rare :(

Combat is a MMA class that is fierce! Body Flow is a more in line with yoga and pilates

I like RPM, Body Flow, and Body Attack. I haven't tried combat, but I want to. I used to love Body Pump, but I am dealing with a shoulder/neck issue and I can't seem to do it without feeling like I'm going backward in my recovery. :(

Body Flow is a mix of Yoga, Pilates & Tai Chi & Combat is cardio-based martial arts. I also tried BodyVive and Body Pump but just couldn't get into them.

I've done Step, Combat, Pump, Flow, RPM, and Vive (once). Les Mills really knows how to put a well rounded class together with (mostly) great music, motivating instructors, and a fun atmosphere. Love it!

My regulars are body pump and body jam.

I have done body step, body attack (butt kicker), and body flow.

Would love to try combat and an rpm class, they just don't have ones that work with my schedule.
