Need help with a weight watchers recipe - cake
A friend of mine made these cakes and they are very good. Supposed to be zero WW points but I need to figure out calories. Has anybody made these or does anyone know the calorie content?
1- Angel Food Cake Mix
1- Regular cake mix (any kind)
Mix both cake mixes dry into a big zip lock bag until mixed together. Place 2 tablespoons of the mixture I a microwave safe cup, glass or bowl. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water. Mix together and cook in the microwave for 1 minute
Thanks for your help!

It's called the 3-2-1 cake and is in the database0

Actually its:
1 box of angel food cake
1 box of any flavor cake
Then you do:
3,2,1
3 TBSP of cake mix
2 TBSP water
1 minute in the microwave0 -
Search the database for Mug Cake 3-2-1. There are several entries. Looks to be 120-130 calories for most.
edit to ad- Looks like several of us were posting at the same time  I love MFP!0 -
Yes, it's a 3-2-1 cake and they're in the database. Also, they are not zero points; according to the three women that sit near me in my office (all on weight watchers) the 3-2-1 cakes are 2 WW+ points each.0

He is correct, it is 2 pts plus (the confusion might be that it was 0 points on the old points program?). My husband loves this (he is now forced to eat more healthy and enjoying it) - I add a few dark choc chips on top and he's good to go!0 -
I love these too, but we were told they were 3 points plus each - lol!! I think it may depend on the brands of cake mix!0
