    Do you like trx? Anyone have opinions about it? I love weights! I wasn't sure about trx though because push ups are not my strength. I still do them, but not good yet! Any opinions about it appreciated.

    Thanks everyone!! TRX is a huge challenge but helps me to mix my workouts up a bit. Thanks for the encouragement and I will keep you all posted on the progress!!!

    I love TRX. My swim team does it with dryland. It is great for changing up your workouts and you can do so much with it! Many of my friends who were skinny fat before look toned now. REgrettbly I was not just skinny fat, more like chubby-muscle, working on that ;)
    Quite expensive to buy though, so you might be better off using it at the gym.

    That's awesome! I have just started TRX and I love the work out! Do you know how many calories are burned during TRX?

    I love trx, but it works my muscles so deeply that it bothers my abdominal surgery scar. :/

    Sorry for just getting to the questions in this post.

    TRX is a suspension training program involving straps and body weight. There are lots of videos online about it. Its a great burn.

    When I log my 30 minute TRX class, for now I just do it as Aerobics - high impact as my instructor incorporates cardio and core and strength. I think its around 250 cals at this point.

    I will be getting a heart rate monitor soon so that I can be sure though!

    Try it out - it is HARD at first but you will get the hang of it. (strap pun)
