Am I doing too much?

I want your opinions! My work out scheduel that I have put together is 3 days of 45min strength/30 min cardio, 3 days of 1 hr cardio and 20-45 mins of yoga. One day off to rest, I have a very active life! and very active job, I am seeing little results in fat loss but I want to stay strong and fit... what do you think does this look like too much?

    How many cals are you eating..

    I ask cause you say you are seeing little results with fat loss... Personally and not saying to do this but I train atleast 6x a week but I eat anywhere from 1700 to 2000 daily. If I ate too little, I wouldn't see any progress at all even though I'm consuming atleast 1200
  • I eat about 1700-1900 a day I am trying to increase this with more veggies and lean protien

    Well based on what you wrote, I don't think it's too much at all. Just keep doing what you are doing. If you want to see more muscle gains, increase the days you do strength or the time you spend on strength on the 3 days you've allotted.
