Healthy snacks on airplanes

I am a "world" traveler...lol and I tend to bring alot of snacks with me on the airplane when I travel. Well, those snacks consisted of licorice, candy, chocolate, chips, soda, and maybe an apple. Im leaving for Spain on Thursday for 2 weeks and I know Im going to be hungry on that 10 hour flight... Any suggestions on what to bring with me on the plane... Take a few packets of sweet & salty mixed nuts ...it has peanuts , almonds, raisins..etc. Also the 100 cal packs of yogurt covered pretzels..yum!!0

Bring a really big salad with a can of garbanzo beans, which will leave you less hungry in hours to come. Of course you may also want to request being reseated towards the back, lol.0
