    my all time favorite oatmeal is

    1/2 cup plain oats made with water and 1/2 a scoop of chocolate protein powder. after its cooked i add in 1 tbsp of powdered pb and 1/2 of a sliced banana..so filling and sooooo yummy!!! sometimes i do coconut protein powder instead!! the only thing that sucks is that i can only eat it sometimes as it really upsets my stomach..bummer!

    i like, oatmeal with strawberry protein, strawberries, blue berries and sometimes almonds

    or oatmeal, vanella protein, peanut butter and sometimes apples.

    my favorites are:
    *1/2 tsp brown sugar & 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
    *1/2 tsp brown sugar & 1/2 tbsp peanut butter with 1/2 sliced banana mixed in
    * 1 tbsp dried cranberries & almonds each
    * 1/8 C fresh bluberries & 1/4 C skim milk
    * sliced 1/2 banana & 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
    * welch's individual package of dried fruit
    * chopped apples & dash of cinnamon

    My breakfast every morning is steel cut oats with a poached egg, wedge of light laughing cow cheese and salt/pepper.

    Best.Oatmeal.Ever.

    1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
