    I've got about 30 to go. Started with fitnesspal in January. I've lost 15 (actually 20 all total). This app has been such a help.
    I'm a low carb dieter and never tracked calories before (only tracked carbs in my head) Tracking calories, weight, strength and cardio exercise has added a lot of motivation for me. I try really hard not to have any days when I don't add cardio or weight training
    info.
    I haven't added any workout buddies and think that might really help going forward....

    Hello! I'm 38 and from El Campo, Texas. Originally from Corpus Christi. I just joined, and look forward to meeting all of you! I will say one thing, this is a lot harder than I thought, but it is worth it! and I am way more aware of what I am eating, etc now.
