Hey everyone!
I started the 30 Day Shred a couple of weeks ago and loved level 1, but then when I moved onto level 2 I hated it. Not because it's 'harder' but because it just feels awkward with a lot of the movements and I find that It really, really strains my wrists and a couple of other places. I also noticed that I burnt significantly less calories during the workout, should I go back to level 1 because I enjoy it and get a better work out or should I stick with level 2?
Thanks in advance!

Stick with one or move to three or modify 2, whatever makes you happy.0

I would hate the same DVD over, and over, and over again too!
There are literally hundreds of workout DVDs ... why settle for just 1?
collagevideo.com or totalfitnessdvds.com These sites will give you video clips & reviews, freshen things up a bit.
Cathe, Kelly Coffey Meyer, Michelle Dozois .... lots of instructors offer challenging workouts.
If you want to try before you buy .... Netflix (by mail) has tons .... your local library should have some too.0 -
Asides from the fact that level 2 is uncomfortable, I think I like sticking to level 1 on this DVD because I know I can complete it and I know what I'm in for. I guess I'm just scared to fail at other fitness DVDs. AHHA. But in saying this, I think I'll broaden my horizons and check out Youtube. Thanks!0
