Protein

I am doing well in every category except protein. I am always in the negative! Could eating more protein than my guidelines allow hurt my diet? Is too much protein a bad thing?

    You should be about 60g per day for a female, MFP has the setting just to low.

    In my personal opinion, MFP sets the protein goal too low. From things I've read and been told by trainers & nutritionist, you should consume .5 to 1.5g per pound (depending on your goals). I shoot for 1.5g/pound.
