Okra ideas?

So, there is a large bag of okra in my freezer. My family doesn't really like it plain, and I don't want to bread and fry it. Any ideas about what to do with it????

  May try some Panko breading and bake it? Never tried it though.

  Make a pot of gumbo or soup.
