Help I don't know what to eat

I have 735 calories left to eat today. Right now I want to eat 50% protein 30% Carb 20% Fat. I need to eat 143 more protein and 19 more carbs. I don't know what to eat. Things high in protein tend to be high in fat and I finished off my whey protein yesterday. I won't be getting more until Saturday. I'm at max for my fat goal for today. I know I'll end up eating more fat to get the protein but I'm trying to minimize it. If anyone can help me I will greatly appreciate it.

This doesn't include calories I've gained back from my workout. When I include it I tend to eat back too many calories so starting today I'm not entering workouts until this evening.

    canned tuna high in protein almost no fat.. low sodium in water.

    Yay I have that. I assumed because its a fatty fish it was high in fat lol. I'm glad I asked.

    Remember not all fats are bad fats and fat in salmon or olive oil for example can actually help you to lose weight!
    I like eggs but not sure what the fat content is...

    I think I'm going to aim for foods with good fats/ low fat otherwise I'm gonna go crazy.
