Tracking strength training

Does anyone know the best way to track strength training? I feel like there should be a way to track these calories as well. Please help!! I want to get credit for this and not only my cardio.

If you add cardio and enter strength training in the search, you can add how many minutes you did your strength training.0

If u want a good app to track your routines and your weight progression download the free app jefit.0

You should get Fitocracy! It's an app but also a great website. It's great for strength training. Doesn't count calories, but tracks workouts, etc. It's really fun. Use it with MFP, great combo0
