swimming what to wear.

is this a good swimsuit for swimming. i want to be comfortable while doing different strokes.

or does it always have to be like this like where the arms come in a lot or cross.

    Most of the stuff is cross back for extra support while swimming, some even has legs (eg. LZR suits) for extra speed. If your doing it for fitness though and you don't care about speed just wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

    I'm still wearing board shorts as I don't like speedos although considering getting Jammers.

    I would say that that is absolutely fine to wear. I have a swimsuit very similar and I haven't found any discomfort with different strokes :)
  • i perfer the ones with x in the back as it provides more top support. I am larger in that area so any support helps. The other kind i find slips down my arms, just depends on your build i guess.
