I made up this recipe tonight and thought I would share it. I love mushrooms and they're extremely low in calories so I'm always looking for another way to prepare them. So here you go.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

6 Large White Mushrooms
5 Medium Shrimp
2 Wedges Crystal Light Herb and Garlic Cheese wedges (Room Temperature)
2-3 Scallions (green onions)
1/8 Cup Panko BreadCrumbs

Remove stems from mushrooms
Finely (and I do mean finely) chop the shrimp, scallions and mushroom stems
Mix the chopped ingredients with the Panko and cheese
Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown

Hopefully I figured the below correctly.

Calories - 185 Fat - 2.5g Protein - 9g Carbs - 7g

Enjoy!

They are basically the same thing, Laughing cow just has a few more calories. I think it's 40 for Laughing Cow and 35 for Crystal Farms.

Raw, but you could probably go either way.
