My NSV... i was in the bathroom getting ready for the gym... and looked and said "whoa is THAT AN AB forming!!!!!
I took a picture and placed it next to some of my old pics... and was shocked... the hard work is paying off and i am sooo excited and it added to my mitvation to keep going! So excited!
