Hi guys and gals.
My name is Sara and I just turned 25 years old. I've had the my fitness app on my iphone for a while, but I never really used it regulary. Unfortunately I've always been over weight and the last two months I've put on a whole two stone. I -love- food.. I mean I -love- it, the taste, the smell and just experimenting with it but I know that if I remain this weight Its going to cause me some horrible health problems. So here I am! I want to lose about 150 pounds overall but Im starting at the moment with 50. I hope to make some friends here that can help keep me motivated and vise versa.
