Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Results!

Okay, so as the title implies, I preformed the 30DS everyday for 30 days (except I took off one weekend for travel purposes)! Other than that, I maintained a healthy balanced diet as shown in my food diary and stuck with the program. I began the shred around January 7th and finished on February 7th.
Starting Weight:
146.8 lbs.
Ending Weight: (as of today)
137.2 lbs.
I lost around 9.6 lbs. Also for some reason my measurements I wrote down for the forearm, thigh, and bicep were unclear. But I know for sure I lost a total of 7 inches from my chest, waist, and hips!
Anybody considering giving this one a shot? DO IT. My gym was offering it as a class and I must say, best decision ever! I feel like my endurance definitely improved! Also I have more energy throughout the day! Happy shredding!

Congrats! I am only on day four but I swear I feel better everyday! How tall are you? Our starting weights are similar!
