Anyone else doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred twice a day?

I'm almost done with the shred...last few days!
When I started level two, my energy and endurance jumped at least tenfold.
I got so into it, I started doing level 2 in the am and level 1 in the evening.
Now at level 3, I do level 3 in the am and level 2 in the pm.
I'm in my forties and thought my days of a sexy body were in the past....
Not true!!!!! My body is changing seemingly by the hour!
So happy!

    Omg!! You are very strong and amazing! There is no way I'm doing the 30 day shred more than one level once a day!!

    Seriously, that's amazing. I did level 2 of the Shred tonight, along with 3 circuits of banish fat and boost metabolism and thought I would die. I would love to see before and afters. You Go! Age is just a number.

    Ooo! That's a great idea! I'm on day 19 right now, and I'm planning on repeating next month, but I was trying to think of how to make it more effective. I like the idea of doing level 1 along with one of the harder levels.

    Whoo Hoo ... you make me want to do it all over again... yes your body literally changes by the hour.... it was the best time for my fitness too... i love Jillian for the shred... waiting to see ur results after you are done

    I am toying with the idea of doing this. Had a couple of false starts with the shred last year. But giving it my all now and 3 days in I want to do it twice a day.
    We must be mad!

    Maybe I'll try that next month! I just did level 2 day 1 and she killed me in 15 minutes....well not really...more like the planks killed me hahaha
