so this may have already been posted. but dr. oz had a woman on his show for that home remedy segment, and she had a "cure" for cellulite!
it is not a cure he says, but he says it is effective in visibly reducing cellulite.
coffee, olive oil, and brown sugar (or white sugar)
this is a scrub. it is supposed to be the caffeine that helps because it metabolizes fat or something. dr. oz's orders!!

Sounds good! I've been meaning to try coffee grounds and lotion but haven't gotten around to it.0

I tried coffee grounds, baby oil and wrapping legs in cellophane. Let me tell ya, it was a mess!!! Not to mention, the results were negligible if any at all.

I wonder if sugar scrubs would help.0

Does anyone know the ratio? Also, do you use fresh coffee grounds or are used ones okay?0

I don't know if it is the coffee etc... or the act of scrubbing the cellulite. I had done some research that the act of massaging (very firmly) or scrubbing actualy breaks up the cellulite and helps to reduce it. It works somewhat.... definately reduced some but I'm thinking loosing another 25 lbs will help also :bigsmile:0

i just posted the link, it has the recipe, and explains the caffeine thing0
