CrockPot help!!!

I don't have the one you're looking for but I just made BBQ Chicken in my crockpot and it was soooooooooooooo good!! I posted the recipe in my blog...:flowerforyou:

You can put pretty much anything in a crock pot and make it delish.

right now, in mine, I've got - ground turkey, chicken breast, kale, broccolie, diced tomatoes, black beans, light red kidney beans and chili powder/cumin/minced onions, cayenne pepper....

eat it dished with some rice!

I made pulled chicken BBQ in the crock tonight. Got the recipe on hungry girl website. It was really good, and it had a good kick of spice to it
