    had my son 5 months ago ... um i do a HIIT class 3x a week weights alot of functional and cardio in this class then on off days i get on tredmill and jog for at least 40 min and clean eating....not as clean as i need to be but tring harder this month. ILOVE WINE AND LOTS OF IT! thanks
