Looking for AM workout people...

I workout in the AM around 545 or 6. Looking for other people that find the willpower to get up early and fight the urge to sleep in. The time between waking up and starting my workout is the worst part of my day, but my AM workout days are always my best. Any other AM exercise people? Add me as a friend so we can have some accountability!

I work full time, I go to school in the evenings and the only time that I can work out is in the morning! I'm usually up by 5am anyway, but somehow getting the motivation to workout in the morning is a whole different story! This morning I finally put my brain on auto pilot so I couldn't think about the fact that I was starting my workout that early, pretty soon I was sweating and happy that I was working out!0

I try to workout every other morning and yes you are right it is indeed hard to get up and go. I have a friend who i have call me for wakeup calls since she already gets up that early for work, but when she doesn't call due to oversleeping I find myself hitting the snooz button smh. Workingout in the morning changes my whole day, it makes me feel so good and energized. I need to wakeup more mornings during the weekdays...I have no problem making my workout classes on the wknds.0
