Uk gram cracker alternative & Egg beaters.

I have been watching a TV show called HUNGRY GIRL - she is an American TV chef.

I enjoy the show very much but I can't get hold off some of the American ingredients like Gram crackers.

I also need an alternative to egg beaters.

Please help.

    graham crackers I really cannot help you with, but egg whites can sub for egg beaters.
