Hi there,

I am new to this site but looking forward to the challenge, a few of us at work are doing it so we will keep each other on the straight and narrow but I can do with lots of help as I lose my willpower over the weekend.

    Hi!!!!!! I started this almost a year ago. It's hard, but it's worth it. A bunch of us at work started it also. You can do it. Be dedicated. Be yourself and keep on keeping on. We are all behind you.:laugh:
