I must be losing inches because my scale is not moving at all. However, I'm very happy to report that I can wear a size 10 pants :drinker: . I haven't been there in a whole bunch of years .Boy, am I feeling really good about myself right now, but can someone tell me what's happening to the dang scale?

My guess would be you're replacing fat with lean muscle, which is a very good thing :happy:0

Awesome job! I can't wait to wear a size 10 again. I was frustrated the other day too because my scale hasn't moved in a week. I lowered my calories and exercising more. I was told to focus on the inches. I know I am losing inches because I can actually move my belt to a smaller hole. Also, if you are working out...muscle weighs more than fat. Don't get discouraged, you are doing great!0
