I am at a plateau and everything i have read said to add weights to my exercise. Since all my cardio is at a dance studio and I dont go to a gym I dont have all the different weight options there. My husband does have a weight machine at home that i could use whenever. What is an ideal weight to start with and what are the best exercises to do for toning as a woman?

Lift heavy. If you can lift it more than 5x, it's not heavy enough.0
