At my goal weight- still have belly fat!

Hey all,
I am just looking for ideas on getting rid of my momma pooch. I am at my goal weight, but she is still hanging around. It's not like I look terrible or anything, but we are heading somewhere sunny next month and I really, really want to get into my bikini!! Any suggestions are appreciated!

Sounds like someone needs to start weightlifting!!

YpP! Weighlifting is what you need. I have the exact same issue and began NRFLFW weight training three weeks ago. I don't se results yet in body shape or inches (but was told not to expect to see results until abut 6 weeks), but I see results in what I can lift and my form. Getting stronger for sure and my body fat will join in and go away soon, I am sure of it!0
