Some NSV's that made my week

-I ran/walked 4 miles for the first time on the treadmill
-I'm on the last hole of my belt
-5 People have noticed my weight loss
-I'm actually enjoying going to the gym
-My injured shoulder and knee feel stronger and less painful
-I can get my goal jeans on but they don't yet look flattering enough to be seen out in public!

And one SV:
-I've lost 10% of my body weight! Yay! The lightest I've been for years.
