The best advice I can give you is to be patient, don't starve yourself and make changes that you will be able to maintain for life, not just to lose a couple of pounds
Everything else is easy, hehe!

Don't diet and cut out foods, just eat healthy, eat the naughty stuff in moderation and exercise and the weight will come off. Running is always a good way to lose the weight and for me Kettlebells is my favourite for toning and strength.0
