For the last 2 months I have used mfp, exercised at least 3 times a week and tried though havent always succeeded to stick to 1200 calories a day. I haven't lost a lb or an inch :(

So after reading here that sticking to such low cals can do this I've decided to up it to around 1500 and try to have more protein as I think I was always high in carbs.

Could you please look at my diary for today and see if it looks ok(apart from the chocolates-my big downfall :( and the slight Special K overdose which I know wasn't good). Usually my lunch would be low cal(under 200) veg type soup or houmous and carrots/peppers.
Also haven't put in I had about 4 mugs green tea and 2 cups water.

    Hi. I can't comment on your diary (what do I know?) but I wanted to share that I started at 1200, increased to 1320, and this week to 1500 (decided not to go below my estimated BMR) calories. The first effect I notice is that my elimination cycle is now regular. I was sooooo backed up on the lower calorie counts. So I feel better already.
