    Hi, I'm Ashley, 27yo,,if anyone knows tips on eating healthy and very simple recipes (I'm new to cooking) feel free to pass them on to me. I love to workout so thats easy for me, but eating healthy is where the results are so that is my weak spot! I have a huge sweet tooth and like to eat big portions. I recently cut out pop, but I need to start eating better too. I don't have alot of weight to lose luckily, but summer is around the corner :-) Good luck to everyone and lets all reach our fitness goals in 2013!
