It may be a mini victory... but it's a victory. Actually kind of a big one for me.
One of the guys in management is celebrating his 50th birthday today. There are four different types of cake and ice cream to have.
When asked (several times) if I wanted any I said to my shock & amazement - Thanks, but no thanks.
WOW! This is SO not like me. Cake (especially chocolate cake) is one of my many vices.
*takes a drink of water & a deep breath*
