22, always been big but when boyfriend suggested it was affecting our sex life it finally gave me the urge to properly put my mind to this. I've succeeded at everything else I ever wanted to achieve, why shouldn't I succeed at this.
Started officially on Mon 18th - just in time to go back to school (I teach),
Am a full time gym/exercise a phobic since primary school ahhh but took the leap and signed up to a gym which is a five minute walk away and does evening classes.
So starting weight which is defo my heighest weight is 198.8lb
My target weight would be 130 which I don't think if been since like first year high school. Lowest I can remember being and being aware was about 11stone.
I am 5ft2.
I plan to stay below 1200 cals every day and increase exercise.
Also plan to do a few fast days intermittent In a 5:2 diet style.
It's time I loved my body!!!

I know what you mean -- I've been on the guy-side of that before. Nothing says "sexy" like having to stop because you are winded or your knees hurt or something, right?

In general you mean? Pretty much just doing what MFP urges you to do -- watch your calorie intake and exercise I keep what I believe to be pretty good track of what I eat every day, and stay under the limit. I also work out two to three times a week. And when I need motivation, I think of my new baby daughter, who you will see in my profile picture0
