RevAbs

Ive looked and haven't seen an entry so far for it. Anyone completed RevAbs? I'm currently in my 4th week and I can feel my abdominal muscles getting stronger, but not seeing any noticeable change yet. Anyone have any advice or comments on the DVDs?

  • Definitely want to follow the nutrition guide. When I did it, I got most of my visible results during the last phase. Hang in there!

    I agree with nutrition! I saw nothing till I ate better. Also remember the first phase is laying the foundation, phase 2 is where all you hard work will start to show. But make sure you get your food in check before you start, other wise you will be a bit disappointed with the results.

    I'm not following the food plan but i've been eating clean and following my macros for a long time now..(I know what i'm doing if we can say that)...I did many many beachbody workout and some worked, some didn't do much.

    After 10 days of RevAbs..I must say that for CORE and ABS work...it's awesome.
    I do see my abs way way more...

    I've lost an inch in 10 days....already.

    You need to push harder if you're used to p90x etc but that's not a problem...just do it.
    Yes, you do repeat a lot BUT....they work....basic but it's working and burning so fine by me
