Books worth reading!

I am out of reading material on my Kindle App!

I have read 50 shades of grey... Eh...mucho disappointing
The Howl Series
The Kitty series
The Cain series... All three if these are werewolf books and are pretty good

The Stewart by chrisptoer sheilds is really good first book in a fae series!

Shattered dreams and Stolen Innocence are great polygamist books!

Royal renegade is a very nice story of a princess who refuses to comply with her royal family and accept we prearranged wedding.

We'll have the summer... Break out the tissues! Fabulous story about loving what you have now!

Diana's dreams if you like abduction and horror...this will keep you on the edge of your seat!

Dewitched.... If you've seen Snow White and the Huntsman, this is the conculsion to the story... It's great if you loved fairy tales in your childhood!

"Glass Castle" is one of the most inspirational books I've ever read!

My favorite reads are fiction. Because I'm poor (and cheap) I tend to buy all of my books used, which means I'm never reading the hot off the press stuff.

    Favorites include:

"Poet" by Michael Connelly (also love the early books in his Harry Bosch series)
"Dragon Tears" and "Bad Place" by Dean Koontz
"Solomon vs. Lord" by Paul Levine
    "Envy" by Sandra Brown
"Misery" "The Stand" and "It" by Stephen King (hated "Dreamcatcher" and the only "Dark Tower" book I read)
"One for the Money" and a couple other Stephanie Plum novels by Janet Evanovich. (Only read through #4 so far)
"Stormy Weather" "Sick Puppy" and a few other Carl Hiaasen books (warning, his novels are a little "bent")

For light reading, I enjoy stuff by Elaine Viets and Victoria Laurie.
For something a little more edgy, I like books by Lee Child, Michael Crichton, Jan Burke, Lisa Scottoline and John Saul.

The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky
Why We Broke Up by Daniel Handler (you may know him as Lemony Snickets)
The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger (one of my all time favorites)
The Fault in our Stars by John Green

I also still love rereading the Harry Potter series. I've read the entire series 4 times and then whenever new books came out, I always reread what was up to that point. I think I've read the Sorcerer's Stone 12 times.

Best book I ever read. The Judoka by W. D. Norwood Jr.

Read it 40 years ago. Someone lent it to me. I still have it. I still read it occassionally. The binding has detiorated and is held together by a rubber band. It's out of print.

I've lookeed for it, amd may buy a new copy if it wasn't so expensive. A new copy is $473.44 on Amazon.com.

I love all kinds of books!

My current obsession is the Dexter series by Jeff Lindsay (series based on). Speaking of series that TV shows are based on, the Sookie Stackhouse (True Blood) books by Charlaine Harris are pretty good too. Another twisted series are the Gretchen/Archie books by Chelsea Cain. And for more fun vampire stores, check out the Betsy the Vampire series by MaryJanice Davidson.

My all time fave series are the In Death books by J.D. Robb and the Bones series (another one they made into a TV show) by Kathy Reichs. The new YA "Virals" series by Reichs are pretty good too.
