My son's birthday, and this is where he wants to go... any ideas on healthier options (other than a salad)... I want to enjoy the night with my son, but I don't want to regret it with weigh in tomorrow...

    Naked Tenders®
Get things started with these juicy, grilled
    chicken tenders seasoned to perfection.
Six Naked Tenders® served with your
    favorite BUFFALO WILD WINGS sauce.

    Garden Salad
    Fresh greens, tomatoes and onions
topped with a blend of cheeses and
    croutons.

Maybe skip the cheese on the salad. Get all sauces on the side and use very little (just dip your fork in it).

I go with the naked tenders as well. Sauce on the side so you can control how much sodium you are getting! They are still soooo good!

MMMM I love me some B-Dub's. The naked tenders are yummy, so I think you would be fine going with those. Maybe ask for extra celery on the side, so you stiil get something crispy in place of the wedges or buffalo chips?

They also have the mini sliders which wouldn't be deep fried...with a side salad, a little cheese is fine...but, watch out for the croutons which are really high in fat.

I ate the buffalo ranch chicken wrap...it was 59 fat grams...blew me away...delish tho and now I know why

with salads, always go with vinaigrette dressings and skip the cheese and croutons. this will save you calories and fat from mayo or cream based dressings.

No way that I can do the naked tenders - I can't do it knowing the sodium... and I really don't wanna order a salad. Looks like I will order boneless with sauce on the side... I can handle the fat, but not the sodium
