Frustrated

In the first four weeks of watching my calories and exercising I lost 22 pounds. Now for the last 2 weeks, nothing. Still tracking calories in myfitnesspal and exercising. What is going on? I'm getting discouraged.

    You are probably just plateauing, You are doing so great, don't get discouraged. Try to think about how far you have come! :smile:
  • You are not alone ... I too am frustrated! Since I have joined I lost 7 lbs. I have increased my workouts and now this wk I have gained 2 lbs .... WTH ?

    Do you usually plateau that quickly when you have a ton more to lose?

    you can, when you lose 22 lbs in a month. weight loss isnt linear, your body might just be adjusting.
    some weeks youll lose, some you wont, some you might even gain - but over time, as long as theres a downward trend youre good.
