Frustrated

In the first four weeks of watching my calories and exercising I lost 22 pounds. Now for the last 2 weeks, nothing. Still tracking calories in myfitnesspal and exercising. What is going on? I'm getting discouraged.

You are probably just plateauing, You are doing so great, don't get discouraged. Try to think about how far you have come!0

You are not alone ... I too am frustrated! Since I have joined I lost 7 lbs. I have increased my workouts and now this wk I have gained 2 lbs .... WTH ?0
