How do you change the exercise profile so that your workout relects more calories burned?

If you know the amount of calories you burned, you can input that data just like you enter the amount of time you worked out - enter it right in the space below where you entered your time instead of letting the site calculate it for you.0

yea it will automatically calculate what it thinks you burned, but if you have a more precise number to enter just erase their number and put yours in instead. Pretty easy, but I didnt figure it out at first either. I went storming through the site trying to figure it out. lolol!! :laugh:0

One more question. On your home page the screen shows calories - exersise + food = totals. why does the exersise column say 0. Does that mean my exersise is not being calculated in my daily totals?0
