Theres more to eating healthy

Eating healthier is all about testing your cooking skillsto some people. Taking out the bad and adding in the goods can be hard if you like the fatty taste of things. Its all about adding in spices to get the flavor instead of using salt. Use whole foods instead of prepackage meals. The more you fix your own healthy meals at home the more your body will thank you. Your body doesn't thank you by shedding the pounds, it also thinks you through your skin, hair, nails, engery levels, night time sleeps, etc. There is more about eating healthy then just losing the weight. So next time you say your on a "diet" just think about all the good things your doing for your body to live longer and feel better.

I totally agree! I actually detest the word diet...the first three letters spell DIE! It's not about killing yourself, it's not about a diet..it's about making healthy life-style changes that will last the rest of your life. There's a reason diets are generally not successful, and its because once you get to your goal weight you are left on your own to find a way to survive. Personally, I don't want to buy special products to lose weight. I want to learn how to eat healthier, be more active and change my life for the better.0

Yep! So far in the past 6 weeks of eating healthier, I've had no break outs on my face, I'm sleeping a full 7-8 hours straight through, the little flutters in my chest have stopped (ie: indigestion), and I feel a lot less stressed (probably due to better sleeping).
But seeing those first 12 lbs come off has been nice too.0 -

It took me a while to realize it too. It took me to actually start eating better to understand what it really does for you.I totally agree! I hate using the word diet. I always tell people that I'm not on a diet I'm just eating healthier and exercising. This is a life style change for the better. Its not that hard to get up and move your body for 30mins a day. Thats all that it takes is 30mins a day to become a better you. Eating healthier isn't hard either. If you want something sweet, skip the candy and grab a fruit, sweet and tasty. Theres no magic pill thats going to make you.lose the weight. Theres nothing easy about weight loss or even building muscle. If it was easy then everyone would do it without a fight.I LIKE YOU!
