New to the site. Been using the iPhone app.

Decided to log in to the web site instead of my phone and found out I have been missing out on a lot of good information. Been at it for about a month now and am down 13 pounds. Ride a lot of bike in a hilly area which is a great workout. Started doing this because I am a volunteer firefighter for my village and I need to be in shape to do what we do. Good luck to all!
